Friday takes on a different meaning when you work for yourself. There isn’t that tangible anticipation for the weekend, but I still love knowing that Saturday is looming. People around me seem more relaxed, and ready to hang loose, and that somehow makes me look forward to the weekends too.

We’re going to San Antonio again. I feel like we’ve been doing a lot of that lately, but I suppose it is good to get as much family time time in as possible before we head out for Maine in January.

I never mind visiting our niece (and owner of those delicious cheeks, hah); hopefully we’ll get some of that in this weekend too between other obligations. I just got a new camera, so I’m going to get some practice with it before I use it for a session—luckily we have lots of family to terrorize!

I’ll keep it short—I don’t read many blogs on Friday, and I imagine a lot of you don’t either.
